I have been going to this gym now for 2 almost 3 months and I cannot rave enough about how much I have learned during my time at the gym.
It offers a great atmosphere and knowledge about working out with weights incorporating correct posture and movements.

The people are friendly and it has a family atmosphere.
The owner, Allie, is one of the nicest people I’ve met and I can tell that he values every one of the coaches and members at his gym.
They welcomed me into the community while I was home for the holiday and helped me knock the rust off of my barbell movements.
For new people first starting out the coaches and other gym members really go out of their way to be supportive and welcoming
