Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art style that focuses on “grappling” which involves clinching with and maintaining close physical contact with your opponent both standing and on the ground. BJJ practitioners learn to apply chokes and joint locks in order to force their opponents to submit or “tap out”. This martial art is used by champion MMA fighters, military and law enforcement for its efficiency and ability to maintain control of one's opponent.

Clean & heated mats for comfort, very clean and sanitary, and nice comfortable clothing that come with the membership!

Sensei Adlai, Coach Nick, Coach Levi, Coach Conor, and many other coaches are great at explaining every detail to everyone in a way that is processed and can be applied in drilling and live rolling.

Contrary to popular belief, hand stands are not mandatory or expected, it's just a warm up.
The owner is not ableist against non-hand walkers, simply pushing students to get better and better each day.
