FAQs
Do I need to bring equipment?
You do not need to bring any equipment. We sell hand wraps, and we provide gloves for daily use. We suggest you eventually purchase your own gloves for personal use.
Can I participate in sparring?
We do have athletes participating in sparring, but for the new members is not recommended. It is up to the coaches to decide who is ready for the sparring sessions.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contract is necessary but to become an ABC member you must complete an application and waiver forms. This can be done via our website or at the gym.
