FAQs

Are group fitness classes for me?

Of course! Classes are designed to meet the needs and expectations of everyone regardless of skill level/experience. We welcome everyone in our classes and maintain an inclusive environment. Whether this is your first time boxing or you have years of experience, our group classes will have something for you.

Do you offer private lessons for 2+ people or private group classes?

Absolutely! We offer private lessons for 1-5 people. The first person pays full price for the lesson and every additional person (up to 5 total) is half price. For groups of 6 or more we do private classes for $30/person. These are scheduled with us so shoot us an email and we can talk about what works best.

What kind of gloves and wraps should I purchase?

It depends on you but generally we recommend purchasing 14-16 ounce gloves and 180 inch wraps. We require 16 ounce gloves in order to spar. For youth, we recommend 10-12 ounce gloves and 120 inch wraps.

Are you kid friendly?

Absolutely! While we do not offer child care, we welcome kids anytime. If your children are old enough to be unsupervised or lightly supervised (by you) they can hangout in the seating section near the front of the gym while you workout. We also offer classes for kids ages 7-12.
