I would meet you at your home, see your kitchen, talk about food, any specific goals you are aiming for, why you need the chef. I will take plenty of notes. After the meeting, and based on the food questionnaire, I will create menus and dishes for you to chose from. We will set up a cook date. I will go do the shopping for the groceries from the menu created, come to your home, prepare and create the chosen dishes, pack them in your fridge, clean the kitchen, and leave. This all depends on how many dishes need cooking, how many days of food you need. So it can take several hours. I also make sure that the timing suits and accommodates your schedule and this is easily worked out during the consultation.
