Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is beneficial to all and can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. In this class, you will use the support of a chair (provided by the studio) to help find yoga poses in your body to move, breath and ultimately feel good in! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, increase strength, reduced stress and anxiety and better concentrations. Class is led by Maura Leigh and included in membership and class packages.
