On this Giving Tuesday, we ask for your help for Liv and her family. Several weeks ago, an electric blanket caught fire in Liv's bedroom. She helped get her family out, and no one was hurt. The family lost everything in the fire. Liv has autism and has always been very particular about what clothes make her feel comfortable and what toys bring her happiness. The trauma of the fire and losing everything has been extremely difficult for her, and the Hof family is doing their best to calm her nerves, particularly at bedtime. We are happy to report that Liv has not missed a day of drama class, and has been doing great practicing her lines! We are asking our friends if they would consider donating just $10 to the Hof family. Attached is their Venmo QR code. The fire department praised Liv's quick thinking. They told her with fires like these, there is a slight chance, less than 5% of the time, that everyone makes it out unharmed. They told Liv she was a hero. We think so too!
