Mainstage ticket prices range between $14.50 and $18.00. Puppets at Night performances typically are sliding scale. ranging between $10.00 and $30.00. See our Ticket Prices page for qualifying discounts.

For Mainstage and Puppets at Night shows, tickets are required for everyone 12 months and older. For Puppet Playtime, all participating children and adults must have a ticket. Tickets are not required if the child is under 12 months old and will not be participating (e.g., will be asleep in a baby carrier for the duration).

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the box office. Advance purchases are always recommended, as our shows often sell out.

There is metered street parking on Station Street and Kent Street surrounding the theater, and parking lots behind the theater off of Kent and Webster Streets. Parking is allowed for two hours at a cost of $1.25/hr. Parking is free on Sundays, holidays, and after 8:00pm.

If you come to a sold out performance without first purchasing a ticket you can be placed on a waiting list. Members will be placed at the top of the waiting list. If patrons who have reservations do not pick up their tickets by curtain time, those tickets will be released to people on the waiting list. You must be at the theater to get on the waiting list and you must be in the lobby to receive any tickets that may be released. Being on the waiting list is not a guarantee of receiving a ticket.
