WHF welcomes our new instructor, Cassandra! In 2020, Cass left her 9-5 and earned her first yoga teaching certification at One Yoga in Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand. She has since taught a variety of classes including vinyasa, hot power, and restorative yoga in both group and private lesson settings.
