Brazilian culture is deeply influenced by music and the drum is the foundation to it all. Known for its ancient vibrational healing powers, we will listen exploring different styles from different regions and then move to the call and response. We begin with the roots of Afro-Brazilian dance in Salvador and end our journey in Rio De Janeiro. Feeling the spirit and creating our own personal interpretations allows our bodies to heal and grow, technique is not the goal. We come together to celebrate movement and have fun.
