FAQs
Is there a minimum age for your classes?
While we love yogis of ALL ages, we respectfully request that children who wish to attend our classes be at least twelve (12) years of age. We recognize that every child is unique with regard to their experience and attention span, and have established this age limit out of respect for other students who may be in attendance.
Do I need to arrive early?
Yes. Plan to arrive at least 15m prior to the start of class. This will allow us to show you around the studio and get you settled. Classes begin (and end) promptly at the posted class times, and late entrance is not permitted out of respect for the teacher and the other students. The door will be locked during class times for the safety and security of the students and teacher.
What are the class fees?
Our drop in rate is $25 per class. Discounted rates are available by purchasing a 5 or 10 class pass. Our best value is the unlimited monthly yoga membership. The best way to try this is through our $45 two-week trial membership.
