Please bring your yoga mat, a towel, water and an open mind and a positive attitude! If you do not yet have a yoga mat or a towel we rent them at the studio for $2 each. Hand towels are provided free of charge. We even have cold towels free of charge in our water cooler.

Absolutely! We offer private yoga sessions for 1-49 people. Our instructors will guide you through a typical Hot Yoga class in a mildly heated room & will explain each yoga pose & correct postures & breathing techniques.
