All three of these bowls come from a fair trade dealer called Zanzibar Trading Co in Sacramento. Antique bowls are very difficult to find and shockingly costly, but the vibrations they produce is nothing short of incredible. My bowls all date back to around 1870-1890 and have a lot of history behind them. References say that Tibetan lamas and monks used these bowls for secret, sacred rituals. These rituals were so spiritual that it’s said the monks were able to astral project! I won’t promise that with my bowls, but it’s a pretty incredible history. For now, I am sharing them in all of my public yoga classes. If you get lucky, you’ll even get a little extra treat in Savasana!
