We are open! SUP Yoga is naturally a social-distanced activity that is outdoors with fresh air, water, and sunshine everywhere, and a big board all to yourself for yoga. We anchor the boards for class to keep a safe distance between every one so we can relax and enjoy a morning yoga session together on the water. Space is limited to 10 students per session. Get outside and get on the water with us! We have weekly classes in Newport Beach, Dana Point and Mission Viejo. Private lessons are also available.
