The past year and a half has changed life for all of us. Although we hope that things are finally returning to normal, there are a few lasting impacts from the pandemic. At the center, we now require that you preregister for all classes and events. Walk-ins are not permitted. We continue to do extra cleaning and sanitizing, and monitor the ever changing guidelines and situation. Of course, if you are feeling ill, please opt to stay home.

You can sign up and purchase class passes HERE. You will need to create a username and password, and this is the log-in you will use to register and pay for all classes. Our page accepts all major credit cards via Stripe. You may also pay in-person via cash or check.

Please sign-up 30 minutes in advance for all live-stream virtual classes. Our livestream classes are offered via Zoom. You should receive an email with the link to the livestream class approximately one hour before the start of the class. If you do not receive the email, about 20 minutes prior to the class, log in HERE and click on the class. The livestream link will be available to access from there.

Our classes are geared toward adults, both young, old, and everything in between. However, a minor, accompanied by an adult, is welcome to attend class, if they are interested to participate and are not distracting to other students. We also offer Family Yoga Class.

All students and participants are required to sign a waiver. A link to the waiver will be emailed to you when you sign up for your first class and/or your teacher will provide this at your first class.
