FAQs
What do I need to have or bring?
For class in the Ananda studio:All you need is clothing that you feel comfortable moving in, a notebook to jot down reflections and take home practices and a water bottle. The studio is equipped with yoga mats, blocks, straps, cushions and cleaning supplies. You are welcome to bring your own mat, or use one from the studio. There is also a secure area to change your clothing. Shower facilities are not provided. For virtual or online, on-demand classes:It is helpful to have a yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blocks and a small blanket or beach towel. Before you go buy a bunch of props, get creative with items you have at home. A stack of books can be a great option for blocks!
Can I be your therapy client?
Right now, my therapy practice is full. When that is the case, I don't feel it is ethical to maintain a waitlist. When the time comes to open my schedule to new therapy clients, I will announce that on my website and, most likely, my email list and social media accounts. Follow me there for updates.
Do you offer evening/weekend appointments?
I occasionally host group yoga classes and workshops after 5pm and on weekends. As of right now, I do not offer evening or weekend appointments for one-on-one sessions. My availability for private yoga and Ayurvedic sessions is Monday through Wednesday between 11am and 5pm.
