FAQs
How do I prepare for my first class?
Hydration is very important, so drink plenty of water during the day. Avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before class. Arrive 15-20 minutes before the class start time so one of our instructors can get you acquainted with the studio.
What do I bring to class?
Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, and large towel. These items available to rent and/or purchase at the studio. Wear light workout clothing. You will be doing a lot of sweating. The only items you are allowed to have inside the hot room is your mat, towel, and water bottle. Leave any other personal belongings in the locker room.
How hot does it get in class?
Bikram 60, 75, and 90 classes are heated to 105 degrees fahrenheit and 40-50% humidity. Hot Vinyasa and Inferno Hot Pilates are heated to 96 degrees fahrenheit and 40-50% humidity. Yin Yoga and FYSM classes are not heated nor humidified. There may be residual heat and humidity from previous classes.
Can I still use them?
Yes! Purchase a new class card and and we will add your expired classes onto your new card. This way, you will never lose classes. This is available to purchase at the front desk only.
