Best Yoga Classes in Athens, GA

Wear exercise clothing. We suggest you wear a top that is snug enough so it won't fall down around your face if you bend over! We practice barefoot (you can wear socks if you like). Shoes are not worn in the studio.

Please bring a mat and any other props you need. We have mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters for use in classes if you cannot bring your own. It is more hygienic to use your own mat.

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can sign in and set up at your leisure. Take off your shoes before entering the studio; you can put them in a cubby on the porch or carry them inside to place in the cubbies behind the counter. Sign the waiver at the counter, leave a donation if you like, and grab whatever props you need (mat, blanket, block, etc.). Don't forget to turn off your phone! Then you can find a space in the practice area to roll out your mat and prepare for class. We're pretty easy-going...if in doubt, just ask! :-)
