FAQs

How do I register for lessons?

Registration with the The SwemSchool is subscription based and tuition is automatically debited on the 1st of each month. All class registrations are processed on our website at www.swemschool.com. There is an annual registration fee of $49 per student due at the time of enrollment and is renewable annually. This fee is not refundable or transferable. We do not accept advance registrations. The class start date will be the first class after registration.

When does the class start?

The class start date will be the first class after registration. All classes that start after the 1st of each month will receive prorated tuition. We do not accept advance registrations.

What is your refund policy?

Once a student is registered the class is reserved until we receive a 30 day written cancellation notice. We do not provide refunds, credits or transfers.

Am I able to pause lessons?

We are unable to pause lessons, however, you can unenroll at any time with a 30 day notice by submitting an unenrollment request through the iClassPro portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold classes without payment so resuming classes will be based on class space and availability.
