FAQs
Do I need to bring my own gear?
All students are required to have their own gear. However, we provide rental equipment for free to anyone taking a trial class. New members can also use our gear for free during the first two weeks of their membership. This gives students time to identify their preferred gear before purchasing their own. If you forget something, we have rentals available for $5 per class.
What should I wear?
For all classes clean gear/clothes are required. For our martial art classes, we do not wear shoes on the mat so slip-ons are recommended. We ask you to wear normal athletic clothes that do not have buttons, zippers, or pockets for all martial art classes. Mouth Guards are recommended for anyone who wants to spar. For our Jiu Jitsu Gi classes, a Gi and belt are required. The color of the gi is up to the student. For Muay Thai gloves and shin guards are required (Rental Gear Available)
What are your membership options/cancellation policy/discounts?
Our memberships are based on how often you plan on training! Please contact our front desk team to find the best option for you! All of our memberships are month-to-month with a 30 day cancellation policy We do offer military, first responder, family, and student discounts. (Sorry only one discount per account) Please bring identification to have your discount applied at the front desk.
Is personal training available, and what are the costs?
Yes! The coaches who offer personal training all have different specialties, time availability, and pricing. Please see our personal training tab for more details on how to get in contact with coaches who offer personal training or talk to a coach directly for more information.
