Can you waive the cost of shipping?
We are not offering any local pickup or delivery options at this time; we will not waive or discount the cost of shipping. In the day and age of COVID, we want to make sure we can keep our team and community as safe as possible! Similarly, we can not accommodate phone orders from our stores at this time.
Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
You can only use one discount code per order! Discount codes can only be used on full-price items; our sets, bundles, and Seconds Collection are already discounted so they are not eligible for any additional discounts.
Can I use my referral credit in store?
Yes, if you have signed up online and received a referral credit, you may use the discount in store. Just show the store associate the email you received from us when checking out.
Will I be able to purchase Celery online?
Not at this time, no. Celery is an Atlanta store exclusive meant to bring folks through our door at Westside Provisions District. The team also cannot ship from the store if you call them so we encourage you to take a trip to Atlanta!
