FAQs

What does being on a custom program mean?

We do not have "cookie cutter" programs! After a free personal training session we will assess your goals and create a custom program based on your ability level and any pain or injuries. Most of our programs include four separate training days (workouts) that you will perform.

How long before I see results?

We do not believe in chasing short-term unrealistic goals. Our industry has a reputation for promising incredible results in short periods of time. Just take a look at the next fitness magazine you come across. If you are able to make some small improvements in training, nutrition, sleep, and stress, you will see results quickly. With more improvements over time, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in a year.

Is there a long-term contract that I have to sign?

NO! Unlike other gyms we do not have long-term contracts. If at any point you decide you no longer want the service or if life changes and you cant make it to the gym, you can cancel at any time!

What if I'm going to miss the gym for a period of time?

You may pause a membership up to 28 days long, as long as the proper digital form has been submitted. If you are planning on being away for more than 28 days, we can cancel your membership. If you want to sign back up you may choose any current membership.

Do you have a nutritionist?

Yes! Lauren Dunn Nutrition. Lauren has worked with dozens of our members and has done an amazing job. Lauren believes in the customization of nutrition the same way we do with fitness. She will take into consideration where you are now, where you want to go, and design a strategy to get you there. No crazy starvation methods, no diet pills, no quick fixes, the same way our training works.
