All training sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins or allowing public to enter the studio without a prior appointment.This will ensure social distancing at all times. Exercise equipment disinfected before and after each session. Just you and your trainer during the session. No waiting for equipment - Ever. Safe, effective exercises with only your results in mind. **Please remain outside the studio until the previous client leaves the space. I will then invite you in for your session.
