Reiki is a laying of hands energy healing technique, or hands-off depending on the comfort level of the receiver, that focuses on balancing the energies (or chi) within out bodies. This has a positive effect on our mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Generally, the recipient feels a deep sense of peace and well-being. Reiki is completely safe, and is not in itself religious (science has proven everything is made up of energy) and our healers come from many religious backgrounds. Reiki is a positive energy that works with the subconscious root causes of anything that's bothering us, and brings to the recipient whatever it is that they are needing for their highest good- whether it's a deep relaxation, stress-relief, releasing of tension or anger. Healers are welcome of all modalities and many of our healers have other healing practices they equip in their tool belt. Each participant will receive twenty minutes of reiki/energy healing.
