Your daughter Has NO Discipline??? School just started and your daughter is doing nothing?? She needs habits! Good habits. She needs discipline! Did you know that Rocky's Dojo has coed kickboxing classes on Mon. & Wed. nights! These classes teach women how to defend themselves, learn discipline and have fun doing it. Please don't take our word for it please come by and see a class on Mon & Wed night. Classes start at 7pm and last about a hour. There's no obligation at all. We are not a cardio class of kickboxing but we teach kickboxing, which has elements of cardio in it. The women learn how to defend themselves and that is much needed skill in today's society.
