PVF is a multidiscipline boarding and lesson facility that has a 12 stall barn available for lease to a trainer and their clients, as well as additional paddock space available for boarding. Leasing of the barn would include full access to the facility and a tack room separate from other boarders. Our newly renovated facility boasts a 220’x120’ insulated indoor arena and 150’x170’ outdoor arena, as well as a 70’ diameter round pen and a 120’ diameter round pen and gallop track around the property perimeter. Arenas are worked multiple times a week to maintain footing.
