We are happy to host the following professionals do an educational seminar. Each speaker will have a Q&A session. This event is open to everyone who wants to expand their horse knowledge. Lindsay Burer, Nutrition Consultant - Bluebonnet Feeds & Stride Animal Health Ms. Burer will speak to the importance of nutrition for the show/performance horse(s). From various varieties of issues they experience, to the role supplements play in the horse's diet and performance. Natalie Lord, DVM, Hope Animal Clinic, Medical Director Dr. Lord not only rides dressage, she also trains and shows. She will speak to all of us on the importance of routine maintenance for show/performance horses. Some key exercises that can be done on the ground with your equine partner to keep them sound and supple. Andres Gutierrez & Leslie Howell from HG Horseshoeing LLC Mr. Gutierrez and Ms. Howell both farriers, will share their extensive experience in shoeing dressage and performance horses. Mr. Gutierrez has worked and trained all over the United States and Mexico. Ms. Howell has worked with many talented farriers as well as extended her knowledge by attending clinics and seminars with a specific focus on performance horses. Katarina Koefoed, Pure Equestrian Ms. Koefoed is a vendor for Sport Innovation in Central Texas. She will explain and discuss the technology used in the PEMF blankets, the benefits for muscle recovery and healing.
