No one likes getting a few hours of sleep, being physically and mentally exhausted, and feeling overwhelmed. nnThis is work…nnI think some people see me from the outside and see the glamour, the events, the food, and see me having fun at events and think it’s always like that. nnI’m here to tell you it’s not. nnEverything in life has its upside and downside, it’s just how you approach it that matters. nnYou can realize that every reward comes with a price or you can be discouraged that it takes hard work for a big win. nnLife is about how you approach it, I choose positivity. nnI know things will be hard and I go in prepared for it, but I also know things will be really fun and rewarding and I hold onto those when things get hard to grind me through. nnI love what I do and wouldn’t want to do anything else, frankly, that’s why I have gone through all the blood, sweat, and tears to get here. nnI take great joy and pride in what I do and the type of events and services we provide and I wouldn’t have it any other way. nnBut, IT IS work somedays. nnI think the takeaway is, be realistic and don’t live on a rainbow. nnKnow life, have realistic expectations, and be willing to put in the work.
