The instructors exude kindness and compassion, and practices are suitable for all levels!
The instructors are obviously extremely well trained and able to give someone like me alternatives so that i could keep up with the practice.
Their ability to enhance from the newest of yogis to the more advanced yogi in their own personal practice is outstanding.
I recommend this studio to anyone looking to get in shape, destress, or anyone that just wants to improve their own practice without the pressure.
I have personally taken trapeze, wheel, and gravity yoga classes and loved each class!
