It never felt quite “right” for me at other studios… Happy I found this one.
They have a variety of instructors teaching all levels, and some specialty as well like stress relief, meditation and seniors.
Karissa is awesome and a wonderful teacher.

If you want to have health, peace, new friends and happiness, this is the place you need to visit every week.
I have been attending classes there for over 1 year and can tell an amazing difference in my flexibility, core strength, and stress level.
I had never down yoga before and the instructors make it look so easy, however they challenged this runner/soccer player and kept me coming back for more.
Try the Community Class on Friday nights at 6pm and just leave a LOVE donation (pay what you like).
