I took a candlelight yin yoga class and it was so relaxing and helped me open up my hips.
The two other women in the class were super sweet and Makayla was an amazingly kind and funny teacher.
It’s is just such an inclusive and relaxing experience and I look forward to growing my practice with them.
Ellie was so accommodating and helpful.
They offer small classes with a variety of different options for style of yoga and skill throughout the week.
