Sentiment Analysis
The class moved at a great pace and she gave excellent clear guidance for any poses that may have been new or less familiar to some students in the room.
I have been going for six months now and it has been an amazing experience, the community is very nice and all the instructors are dedicated, fun, happy, lovely, incredibly good at the practice and they actually care about the space, the practice and the students.
The instructors here took teaching seriously and you can truly learn a lot from one class.
They have a variety of classes, heated/non-heated vinyasa and the original 26+2, they also recently added hot pilates classes.
I had the pleasure of going here today for my first time (Christmas Eve for the noon hot Vinyasa class) and it was absolutely a solid experience, the heat was great and the teacher was lovely, good music, and the room was well attended but not packed.
I’ve taken the Bikram series with them for over a decade, through two wonderful pregnancies and love the energy and experience always.
After years of wanting to try classes there and not practicing yoga because i was so heart broken my previous yoga teacher stopped giving classes.
After just one month of hot yoga twice a week, I could finally get back on the board without the brace!
The focus is on the practice but there’s a pretty consistent community which gives it a welcoming family feel.
Love the energy atmosphere I have seen most of yoga Instructors are great, I would say if you are a beginner Chauncie Parchment might not be the best fit since he is more verbal with his sequence, everyone else is will practice with you through the whole session
