From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had found a perfect match for what I was looking for.
I have had monthly subscriptions to several hot yoga studios in south Florida over the years and I like Yoga Factory the best so far.
Everyone I'm sure has their own favorite teachers but, for me, I've found that Amanda Milian; Judy Rose; Caryn Pritchett; and Mike Oliveira are simply outstanding.
The Vinyasa class I took had very odd transitions such as doing twisted half moon before half moon or doing chair twists without doing chair pose prior.
Finally could feel sweet sore pain and stretch!
Molly’s class is my favorite part of the week and she’s always super helpful at explaining and correcting form 😊 plus love the music!!
From her energy to her music, and her gentle but still challenging flow, she is a really great and inspiring yogi to practice with 🙏✨
I love and appreciate every class that I take and I consistently leave feeling peaceful and rejuvenated.
Visiting from out of town and highly recommend.
She is an excellent teacher with options galore: if you want a physical practice, it’s there; if you want an introspective practice, it’s there; if you want hands-on assistance in Happy Baby, it’s there.
