This is a heart-opening, expansive evening of breath work, movement, aromatherapy, live music with “The Conscious Groove”, and vegan snacks with community hang-out time to end the evening. The Fall Equinox is a time of finding balance between the light and the darkness in our lives. It is one of the four most powerful times of the year for self-healing work, and a marker for the changing of the seasons.
