Yess Yoga
Literally one of my most favorite places on this planet! Yess Yoga has absolutely changed my life. I always knew I wanted to practice yoga, but spent years putting it off out of fear. I finally came to Yess about two years ago, as a beginner, and Anna's yin class kept me coming back week after week. I loved Yess so much that I took their Yoga Teacher Training last summer and it was the best decision I've ever made for myself. I've grown deeper, richer, and wiser thanks to this warm, loving, and accepting community.

I immediately knew that the classes offered by Yess felt different than that offered by any of the other studios that summer, and different from any classes I had ever attended.
I started taking classes here about a month ago and absolutely love it!
It's the first place I've done yoga that really genuinely feels like a community and a welcoming place for all who want to explore and practice yoga.
Everyone is so knowledgable, welcoming and supportive and I am so grateful to be a part of such a kind community.
We practice yoga and somatics for the purpose of embodying true connection, belonging, and body sovereignty, and for uplifting those essential elements of life everywhere we go.
I have made friends and learned a lot through classes and training weekends, and now, as an instructor, my feeling of connection to the beautiful community at Yess has deepened even more.
From the feeling you get walking into the beautiful studio to the warm welcome of each teacher and their unique class, there's nothing better than Yess!
From the minute that I walked into the studio, I knew that I was in the right place.
I also come to multiple classes and every teacher has their own styles that are creative and authentic.
