I started at XS CrossFit in January of 2013 with the baseball team that I coach at Ponderosa High School and haven't left. The atmosphere is fantastic made possible by the great coaches, especially Alex Etzen. I have met some fantastic people at XS who push me in my work outs every day. If you are looking for a good box XS is well worth the look.

It has great coaches and fellow students that really support each other to allow you to do your best workout.

Was a bit intimidated by the whole thing but The coaches and Owner Alex have been beyond kind and so knowledgeable and skilled.
Owner Alex runs a great box and is invested in seeing the athletes hit their individual goals - whatever they might be.
Great family friendly gym, the coaches are great and they are always there to help anyone from beginners to advanced.
And it is the biggest and most well-stocked I have ever been to.
