My first experience as a total novice joining a Saturday, Guided Beginners Class was welcoming, informative, and enjoyable.
Ashtanga was new to me and many poses were challenging, but there were modifications for different levels and Jess gave lots of great individual attention.
I use to come to this building to visit.
