Wildfire Yoga

She is so encouraging and made me realize that I am capable of so much more than I give my body credit for.

I have practiced different styles of yoga since the early 2000's, and I always leave my practice here satisfied and better.

The space is so inviting and peaceful and both of these ladies really met me where I was, and were intuitively aligned with me while also respecting and protecting individual boundaries at all times.

I’m 65 and the classes have given me great improvement in strength and mobility, and most important, my balance.

I had never tried Ariel Yoga before and even though I practice Yoga daily, I was nervous going into the class because it was something new.

I have attended a wide variety of yoga classes over the years at Wildfire Yoga (Flow, Yin, Restore, Chakra, Yoga Nidra, Henna Yoga, etc) and have always been pleased.

Yoga keeps me happy, Michelle keeps me grounded, focused, calms my crazy and the fact that I feel the best I have ever have (and this is me delighted and happy at age 42 and feeling way better than I ever did at 18) is pretty magnificent.

My yoga instructions have been life changing for me and I am now attending twice a week in Michelle's lovely studio.

She offers a wide variety of classes for every comfort level and is such a genuine soul who really cares about her craft.

I am so excited to have a great place close by to go to all the time now and the prices are really great.
