Western Maine Dance & Gymnastics puts children first! We provide a safe environment for our students to learn in a healthy, athletic and fun way. Our program will help your children with athleticism, health, nutrition, team work, social skills, self discipline, respect for self and others, strength, responsibility commitment, dedication, ambition and drive. In return WMDG will provide them with a positive fun, motivational, memorable and educational experience.

We have past experience with other gyms in another state and WMDG is by far the most positive experience to date (even with Covid restrictions!
The instructors took the time to teach techniques and giving confidence to the kids that they are able to do something.
My children absolutely love the coaches and enjoy going to class.
