I have put my kids in some other activities where you can tell they only care about making money and it ruins the experience, but that is not West Coast Karate.

We had no previous background in martial arts, but lots of experiences in kids’ sports, all the way up through competitive sports.
My kids have been students at West Coast Karate for almost two years now and take their program for homeschoolers.
My son takes homeschool classes here twice a week and has for over a year.
We tried other dojos before and this is the one that has the best balance between fun and discipline.
He is responsible, respectful, funny, smart and he wants to participate in all the activities and be involved with his friends.
Highly recommend west coast karate for anyone looking for a dojo for themselves or a friend.
They have helped both my boys come out of their shells and build their confidence.
They have a great blend of traditional karate, discipline aspects, respect, and fitness , yet provide it all in a way that is fun and engaging for my 5 year old.
