Your yoga practice does help to strengthen your immune system, so please do continue to practice. We will be offering classes on-line but schedules are changing with the new reality of this long-term situation. We will continue to offer private instruction to be determined by instructor.

I've noticed many places that offer yoga feel rushed and I am almost never checked for correct placement and posture, but here I really like my wellbeing matters.
Wonderful location, great classes and very nice people working there.
If you get a chance to join her class, I highly recommend it.
I've been going here since 1999 and it's great.
