I'm a 25 year old woman who has been going here for the adult jiu jitsu for 3 months now. In any MMA sport, there won't be a lot of women so it's already intimidating enough because you'll be surrounded by mostly dudes. However, this gym passes the vibe check because the community here is so positive and uplifting that it makes me feel comfortable enough to train and overcome certain obstacles.

I walked in the first day and felt like I belonged and that has not been my experience at most fight gyms so that is a huge plus for me.
My son has been doing jiu-jitsu here for about 8 months now and we both absolutely love it!
Had one of the best and most technical rolls with Larry, who was gracious enough to share his knowledge with me and play high level jiu jitsu.
Their coaches were super helpful, taking individual attention to every one they could, knowing when to push, and helping everyone improve.
They all have such a passion for teaching.
Highly recommended if you're looking to get into BJJ, Judo, MMA, or just fitness in general.
Larry and Angela are fantastic instructors
They are intelligent Coaches and athletes who care deeply about their students and it shows in the culture they have and the high level of skill they have.
The feeling of community within the gym is great and i highly recommend it to anyone looking to train, new to the sport or not!
The school has the best Muay Thai program in the state, and one of the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu programs as well.
