We had fun decorating the croissants which we brought home with us with more to bring home to bake on our own.

This was a wonderful class, Javi is the best instructor.

She breaks complicated processes down into bite size pieces and has diagrams to guide you so you can do it on your own at home after you leave.

Definitely will take another class.

Instructors were always helpful, instructions were clear, ingredients were fresh and prepped, the experience was FUN, and the delicious finished product was shared in a group meal.

This class is an all-day affair where you are guided step-by-step through the process in a hands-on way, learning the science behind sourdough bread making, sampling different types of bread or recipes made from sourdough discard, and just enjoying a fun atmosphere.

Javi (the owner/instructor) really brought it all to life with her knowledge and enthusiasm ; sharing information about the process, how to adapt to one's own home environment too.
