The personalized classes are a game-changer – no matter your skill level, the coaches are right there with you, providing hands-on guidance and support.
I was always so intimidated to get into strength training and was worried about doing movements incorrectly.
Prior to the accident, I was actively engaged in attending classes, participating in various competitions like the Murph and Festivus, and doing drop-ins at Cross Fit gyms across different locations including NYC, Anchorage, and Indian reservation areas throughout the US.
After being apart of another gym community for many years before it closed and really not being active for several years, joining a new gym was scary, I’ll admit.
Mental toughness!
Now, it is one of the biggest highlights of my day.
From the workout programming to welcoming newcomers, everything is done with intention.
Josh and Jeremy have taught me so much in such a short amount of time.
They value each of the members and are able to push us towards getting stronger and healthier!
