I have to admit I was a little skeptical about the effortless technique at first. It "feels" different from the other meditation techniques I had tried. But after committing to Vedic practice for the last year, I've gotta say it's really been a life changer. I've been way more consistent with my meditations and feel much more present in my day-to-day existence. I've got less anxiety, stress, and more patience for all the things life throws at me.
