Instructor Jeremy has extensive knowledge in the art of jiu jitsu, super technical and has great training tips for all sorts of body shapes and age difference.
10/10, would recommend to anyone wanting to take up BJJ.

I definitely recommend kids class if you have little ones the adult classes are even better for just starting or have had previous experience.
