
For the first time in my life I actually enjoy working out and that's thanks to Sharon! I can tell you that after each and every workout, I feel energized and feel so good about myself. The classes are so strategically laid out. She eases you in with a warm up and before you know it you are in the middle of the hard stuff. Right when you think you can't handle anymore she motivates you to push through to the cool down stretches. It's such a rush every time, every class! When I first started, I thought, 'ok I will stick to yoga and ballet' because I thought that was all I could do. Sharon coaxed me to try her Cardio and Weights class and now I can say I enjoy working out with weights! Sharon’s health wellness fitness approach is doable, achievable, and simplistic enough for those with extremely busy lifestyles.
I really enjoy the classes and training with her one-on-one.
I like how classes are every 30 minutes so you can take one class or three to build your own workout.
I also love the fact that it is a community of women that are supportive in your health & wellness goals and journey!
She is an expert in working out and nutrition but also stresses the importance of sleep, time management and things we all forget about like hydrating!
She doesn't say things that you want to hear, she gives it to you straight, the good the bad and the ugly!
As a trainer myself, I respect her methods of truth and not sugar coating things to make you feel better.
Her classes, both in person and online are incredible, I've grown physically and mentally into a stronger, more knowledgeable woman about my health and fitness.
