My kid took drums with Max for the past year and he was great- calm and supportive, able to read my kid's energy level and respond, flexible about scheduling when things came up.
Best drum teacher ever!
We explored a number of vocal genres, and she met me at my level of experience (some training in childhood, not a professional/no training in adulthood).

He was such a great teacher for my daughter, that we continued to drive an hour just to take lessons with him, until our schedule changed and we unfortunately had to stop.

Max is a super patient teacher, and is always makes it fun by transcribing your favorite songs and teaching them to you, but also finds ways to sneak the technical skills in.
Often times we had to reschedule last minute and he was very understanding and flexible.
I’m learning extremely well and enjoying the whole process.
They also have practice rooms available for students taking classes which is a big plus for this area.
