After years of being dismissed by uninformed medical professionals, it was my own confusing and unsupported MENOPAUSAL JOURNEY that inspired me to become a certified Menopause Support Coach, advocate and educator through Burrell Education. I call myself a Menopause Midwife! I'm committed to redefining and demystifying aging by empowering women to be seen and heard while finding confidence and pleasure in living at any age. I host weekly in-person and virtual movement classes, monthly Wisdom Circles, workshops and annual retreats. I'm currently creating my own menopause support program launching in 2024 that focuses on building strength, expanding the mind and exploring spirit.
