Triton Gym
I absolutely LOVE this place! I may have ended up here by chance (my previous gym merged with Triton back in 2019), but I could not be happier. It is very no frills, but the workouts are amazing and they have a variety of equipment for all types of exercise. I really love the HIIT and weight lifting classes, and for those interested, they offer a lot of kickboxing/MMA classes as well. The trainers are all very approachable, knowledgeable, willing to work with you to achieve your goals, and work around any injuries you have. They are creative and provide real time feedback on form/technique, but make sure to challenge you to max capacity. Triton really kicked my butt into shape and I am proud of how far I've come with their help.

It’s a very welcoming gym that has many versatile group workouts (from weight training, mma, boxing, and HIIT) and the ability to use the gym equipment on your own time.
And since then have lost 30 pounds, learned to defend myself, gained a lil muscle, and have made lifelong friendships.
My son takes boxing classes, and the instructors are great!
Staying with family in Manhattan Beach, I looked up the closest place to do some no-gi jiu-jitsu to get a workout in.
Great weight lifting programs, Mariya is awesome.
Great gym with a friendly environment from the first minute I walked in.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for training or fitness!!!!
